Please use this form to report any problems you
may encounter within any of the modules listed below. Your requests may
include, but should not be limited to, report format changes, data access
problems, system crashes, installation questions or custom
programming/reporting.
Please note that any custom work will require
written authorization from management at your facility.
Here are also some common problems that you may
encounter and how to proceed.
Problem:
Cannot Open SQL Server when printing a report.
Solution: Go to
Start/Settings/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Data Sources/System DSN.
WIMS32 exists in list! If so,
highlight and click Configure, then Test. Is the test successful? If
not, contact your site administrator to make certain you have
the correct server name or IP address in the address field.
WIMS32 does not exist in list! Click
Add and select Pervasive ODBC Client Interface, then click Finish. enter
"wims32" in Data Source Name. You will need to contact your site
administrator for the correct server name or IP address to enter in the address
field. click Get DSN list at the bottom and select "wims32" from the list
box directly above the button. Click Test. If successful, you will
be able to print. If not, call 707 576 8750 immediately.
Problem:
When processing, you get Status Code 12, File does not exist
Solution: We have been
adding many new tables due to new development. When you get this
error, you will always be told what file cannot be found. Either send us
the name of the file, or you can capture the error image by doing Alt/Print
Screen. Open Microsoft Paint, Word, or even an email, and you can do
Shift/Insert to paste the image.
Problem:
When processing Credit Cards in Consumer direct, you get an Invalid Path error
Solution: Go to File/Credit Card Processing
Configuration and confirm the path to PCCharge is accurate.
